Project Overview
The Challenge
This school sports field lighting project in Zhongshan, China, required powerful and reliable illumination for nighttime sports and daily campus activities. The lighting system needed to provide good visibility across the field while reducing dark areas and unnecessary light loss.
Our Approach
Our team developed a 1500W LED sports lighting solution using 15-meter poles positioned around the field, with different beam angles selected to distribute light more effectively across both central and outer areas.

Our Lighting Solution
Four primary lighting poles were installed around the sports field at a mounting height of 15 meters.
Each pole uses HC-WT3-C1500W AI IoT LED floodlights. Each 1500W fixture consists of 5 x 300W LED modules, allowing the optical distribution to be configured according to different areas of the field.
The center modules use 30° lenses for longer and more concentrated light projection, while the outer modules use 60° lenses to provide wider coverage. This combination helps distribute light more effectively across the playing area.

Why This Configuration?
30° Beam for Long-Distance Projection
The narrower 30° beam helps direct concentrated light from the 15m mounting height toward the central playing area.
60° Beam for Wider Coverage
The wider 60° beam is used on the outer modules to expand coverage toward surrounding areas of the field.
Modular 1500W Design
5 x 300W modules provide high-output illumination while allowing the optical distribution to be configured for different field areas.
AI IoT Lighting Control
